Tennis 101/102

This is for those adults who have never picked up a racket before, but looking to learn technique in a fun environment. The emphasis of this class is to focus on all strokes, grips, positioning and general court knowledge.

TENNIS 201/202

Learn to enhance stroke technique, establish consistency and learn how to construct a point. Also looking on improving situational point play and court positioning.

3.0 DROP-IN CLINIC

This is a fun clinic to participate in with a variety of interesting drills exploring and challenging your ground strokes, volley and over head skills as well as your serve and return tactics. You will surely leave the clinic wanting more until next time.

3.5+ DROP-IN CLINIC

This is an advanced clinic to participate in. Learn to improve poaching, serving, returns (advanced formations) and volleys. Continue to develop the combination of placement and pace, while using angles to your advantage. Come prepared for the fireworks.

Men’s night (3.0+)

Social night where you sign up in advance and bring your A-game to compete with the fellow competitors. This will be a Doubles play with lineups containing 3 different groupings in the 2-hour play. This is not for beginners.

MIXED night (2.5+)

Social night where you sign up in advance to play with fellow players. This is mainly mixed doubles. This will be a fun no-stress Doubles play with lineups containing 3 different groupings in the 2-hour play. This is not for beginners.

60 & FIT

A perfect mid-day clinic for those that are looking for one – will get you moving and hitting a ton of balls.
