COURT RESERVATIONS
HOW TO BOOK
Currently you can reserve courts only over the phone or in-person. We do not accept reservation requests via text messages or voicemails at this time.
WHEN TO BOOK
We accept court reservation requests over the phone from 8:00 am PST on all days. In person reservations are accepted from 8:30 am PST on all days.
In order to ensure that everyone is able to book courts, one person is allowed one reservation six days in advance and two more within the next five days (a total of three reservations within a six-day period). One may however, reserve courts 24 hours in advance. Back to Back court bookings are not allowed. The person booking the court must play on the court.

Court Reservations are for 75 minutes 90 minutes, unless otherwise stated. We offer 12 standard court rental slots each day as listed below, for your convenient play.

Youth courts (36’)
Court reservations are for 60 minutes, unless otherwise stated. Court slots begin on the hour every hour from 6:00 am till 10:00 pm PST
Miscellaneous times
Miscellaneous times are also sometimes available. These are anywhere from 30 minutes to 75 minutes 90 minutes duration. Court rental rates will be prorated accordingly.

RENTAL POLICIES
Cancellations & No Shows
Court Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. If cancelled inside the 24-hour window, a cancellation fee of $38 is charged regardless of the reason for cancellation. A $38 fee will be assessed for no-shows.
If you know you need to cancel, please let us know as early as possible so others can use the court. You may cancel in person or by calling the front desk. (We do not accept cancellations via text messages, voicemails or emails.)
Payment
The person whose name the initial reservation is made under is responsible for the payment of the full court fees. If you wish to split the fee amongst all players, it is your responsibility to coordinate that to pay in full at the front desk before your court time starts.
Court Etiquette
All play including picking up tennis balls and putting them away in the rented ball machine or ball hopper should be completed within the 75 minutes 90 minutes of court time reserved. This is so that the next group can begin their play on time.
Unauthorized Use or Extended Use of Court Time
Extended use of court time beyond the 75 minutes 90 minutes is not permitted. Continuing play into the next court time slot will need to have prior approval and full payment at the front desk. This will be allowed only subject to court availability. You may be requested to move to another court to continue play, if needed.
Number of Players
Number of Players on any court cannot exceed the Max allowed players for that court type as listed in the table above.
Coaching
Private lessons, Group sessions, Drills by coaches’ other than JTC Tennis Professionals are prohibited.
